Cartagena: The Perfect Setting
The Walled City was the ideal setting for the Latin American Leaders Meeting 2024. Magic Tour Colombia took on the challenge of coordinating this international event that brought together 800 businesspeople from 15 Latin American countries.
International Coordination
We managed flights, accommodation in the best hotels in the historic center and Bocagrande area, and a social program that included tours of the colonial city, dinner at San Felipe Castle, and a bay cruise.
Cartagena de Indias Convention Center
We used the Convention Center facilities with capacity for more than 2,000 people, equipped with cutting-edge technology. We coordinated 25 keynote conferences, 40 simultaneous workshops, and a business fair with 60 booths.
High-Level Networking
The event generated more than 2,000 B2B business meetings and commercial agreements worth more than 50 million dollars were signed. Magic Tour Colombia impeccable logistics was recognized by organizers and attendees.
