How can I make a booking?
You can book directly from our website, by email or WhatsApp. We will confirm availability within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Do I have to pay for the entire tour in advance?
No. We only require a 10% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining 90% can be paid up to 48 hours before the tour.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes, all our prices include VAT and other applicable taxes.
Tours and Experiences
What is included in the tours?
Each tour is different, but generally includes:
- Professional bilingual guide
- Transportation (depending on the tour)
- Entrance fees to tourist sites
- Some meals or refreshments

Are tours private or group?
We offer both options. Group tours are more economical, while private tours offer greater flexibility and customization.
Do guides speak English?
Yes, all our guides are bilingual (Spanish and English). We can also arrange tours in other languages with advance notice.
What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?
Most of our tours continue in light rain. If the weather is extreme, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Absolutely! Colombia has changed a lot in recent years. We work only in safe areas and follow strict safety protocols.
Do I need vaccines to visit Colombia?
For most areas, no specific vaccines are required. However, we recommend consulting with your doctor before traveling.
What COVID-19 measures are implemented?
We follow all biosafety protocols:

Do you have insurance?

Cancellations and Changes
Can I cancel my booking?

Can I change my tour date?
Yes, you can change the date at no cost if you do so more than 7 days in advance (subject to availability).
What happens if I arrive late to the meeting point?
Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, the tour may depart without you and there will be no refund. Be punctual!

Do I need a visa to visit Colombia?
It depends on your nationality. Citizens of the EU, USA, Canada, and many Latin American countries do not need a visa for tourist stays of up to 90 days.
What should I bring on the tour?
